User - Quick Guide

This guide will help you to get started with Inspection Cloud

1. Create a User

First thing is to Create a User.

  1. Start here.
  2. Fill in the required information.
  3. Click "Register".
  4. Go to your e-mail and verify your user.
  5. Log in to Center.

2. Create a Company

After you have registered your profile;

  1. Log in to Center.
  2. Click on "Companies" in the top menu.
  3. Click "Add a company".
  4. Fill in the required information and click "Add".

3. Activate a Package

  1. Go to Billing in the top menu.
  2. Click "Packages" in the left menu.
  3. Choose your package at the bottom.
  4. Fill in the required information.

4. Setup your permissions


Before you have access to the Inspection Cloud, you need to setup your permissions.

  1. Go to Roles in the top menu.
  2. Click "Add role".
  3. Give the role a name, e.g. Admin.
  4. Toggle all the permissions to be activated.
  5. Add the role to your own user.
  6. Save the role by clicking "Save role".

You are now ready to open the Inspection Cloud App

Press the application tab in the top menu and choose Cloud.

5. Create your first Inspection

You are now ready to create your first inspection!

  1. Click "Add Inspection" and give your inspection a name.
  2. Select the inspection type for your pictures and click "Submit".
  3. Now add pictures to the inspection by adding a directory or single files and click "Start uploading".
  4. When the upload is ready you can start analyzing the pictures.

6. Create your first Issue

  1. Open the inspection tool by clicking "Open Tool"

  1. Browse your pictures.
  2. When you find an issue, click the pen and set an annotation around the issue.

  1. Click "This is a new issue".
  2. Give the Issue a name, tag, severity, and note if needed.

Continue with all the issues you want to mark.

7. Create your first Report

When you are finished with all the annotations, go to the dashboard by pressing the home-button.

  1. Click "Reports" in the sub-menu
  2. Click "Generate a new report".

  1. Give your report a name, and choose the "Inspection Issue Report"-template.
    Your inspection will automatically be chosen.

  1. Press "Save" and see the result.
  2. Your report can be shared via the URL or the "Share" button.
